- Remove DQTube from package and disperse powder evenly throughout the DQTube.
- Insert DQTube through the tank opening to the bottom
of the tank. If possible, allow DQTube Universal to rest on the outer edge of the fuel tank. If you need additional string to place DQTube Universal in the optimal position, add nylon string to the end of the provided string. - Secure the string under the opening or close the opening cover on the string leaving as little slack as possible for the DQTube to be lying flat on the tank boom directly under the opening.
- Check DQTube at least once per month and replace every 3 months or when DQTube is nearly full, whichever comes first. (When checking DQTube, loosen & evenly disperse the DQTube contents before re-installing back into the tank, for best results.)
- Dispose of DQTube exactly as you would a fuel filter.
- Immediately replace DQTube to continue optimizing your fuel quality & maximizing your tank protection.
